Blood Elves

Blood Elves are a proud and arrogant race that joined the Horde in the Burning Crusade. They are a faction of former high elves who broke away from the rest of Elven society; they also survived Arthas attack on Silvermoon. Blood elves are completely dependent on magic and have enjoyed its power for so long that they now suffer terrible torments if deprived of it.

Blood elves have rebuilt Silvermoon City.

The forests of the Eternal Song are the starting areas for the blood elves. They also have Ghostlands, a level 10-20 zone, and important quest chains in the Wasteland and Terokkar Forest.

Arcane Acuity

Increases critical strike chance by 1%.

Enchanting skill increased by 5.

Arcane Resistance

Reduces Arcane damage taken by 1%.

Mounts

Winaestra in Eversong Woods sells numerous hawkstriders; Trellis Morningsun at the Argent Tournament sells a few unique models. These include Swift Purple Hawkstrider and Black Hawkstrider.

Battle Pets

There are several dragonhawk pets available to players, a creature native to Blood Elf lands, as well as the Wretched Servant, which is a magic-addicted blood elf model.
