In the middle of each game season, players get the chance to obtain Puzzling Cartel Chip, which can be exchanged for items from the current raid and current Mythic+ dungeons.
How to get Puzzling Cartel Chip
The opportunity to obtain Puzzling Cartel Chip becomes available in week 9–10 of each season. On that day, in Dornogal, a weekly quest titled «Trade Must Go On» will appear on the wall near the entrance to the Great Vault. To complete this quest, players must:
- Defeat 4 raid bosses of any difficulty.
- Complete 4 Mythic or Myth packed dungeons of any level.

Completing this quest rewards players with tokens:
- The first completion grants 3 tokens immediately.
- Each subsequent completion awards 1 token.
The quest can be completed up to 7 times, yielding a maximum of 9 tokens. It refreshes every week, so it’s important to complete it promptly.
For players who start the quest later or miss a few weeks, there is a catch‑up system that allows them to complete the quests up to the current week, regardless of previous restrictions.
It’s important to note that you can only obtain 9 tokens during this activity, which equals 3 items from the current raid or dungeons. Therefore, we recommend choosing wisely!

Where to spend Puzzling Cartel Chip
You can spend Puzzling Cartel Chip with special vendors who appear in Dornogal near the Great Vault and the quest placard. They sell selected items from the current raid — weapons, accessories, special items with effects, as well as all accessories from Mythic+ dungeons.

All vendor items will have the «Hero» and «Legend» ranks.
However, it’s not that simple — to exchange tokens for an item, players must meet certain conditions:
Raid items
- «Hero» items have no conditions and are available for exchange as soon as the NPCs appear.
- To purchase a «Legend» item, you must have at least one kill of the boss that drops the desired item on Mythic difficulty.
In other words, this system acts as a kind of safety net: if you defeat a boss but don’t get the desired item, you can exchange 3 tokens for it after the kill.
Mythic+ dungeon items
- «Hero» items have no conditions and are available for exchange as soon as the NPCs appear.
- To purchase a «Legend» item, you need to complete all Mythic+ dungeons of the current season at level 12+ (unlock the «Key Strength» system).
Progress in the system is individual for each character and does not transfer to the squad or other characters. Each character must complete quests and defeat bosses/complete dungeons to be able to exchange tokens.
