The Dracthyrs were created by Neltharion, the Guardian of the Earth, as part of an experiment that combined the wisdom of mortals with the power of dragons. Dracthyrs have become ideal soldiers. They were put into magical stasis by Malygos for almost 20,000 years, and then awakened along with the Dragon Islands.
Capital
The Dracthyrs have a small area in Valdrakken called Weyrnrest. It is common to both the horde and the alliance.

Starting location
The Dracthyrs begin their journey in the Forbidden Reach, where they go through a story scenario that tells about the awakening of the Dracthyrs.
