Blacksmithing The War Within

Why you need Blacksmithing

Blacksmithing is one of the most sought‑after professions both among players who earn gold via the Order Board and those who want to sell resources on the auction house. The profession allows you to:

  • craft relevant Plate items;
  • process various stones and metals, smelting them into higher‑tier ingots and resources.

Later, you can either sell these resources on the auction or use them to craft even higher‑tier materials.

The profession remains profitable throughout the season: the crafted items and ornaments stay relevant due to their low cost and effectiveness, while consumable items are needed both in other professions and for crafting home decor. This lets you earn gold if you sell decor or reagents.

Where to Learn Blacksmithing

You can learn the profession from one of three NPCs:

Leveling Blacksmithing from 1 to 40

We’ve tried to provide you with the fastest and most cost‑effective way to level up the profession. However, you may need slightly more resources, as leveling has a small degree of randomness. Some yellow and orange recipes may not yield the desired result, so keep a close eye on how many resources you have left after learning each recipe.

To level up, you’ll need the following ingredients:

We recommend choosing the lowest quality for all reagents professions-chaticon-quality-tier1 (1).png, as reagent quality doesn’t affect profession leveling speed. This helps you save on materials.

Once you’ve gathered or purchased the necessary resources, start crafting.

Leveling Blacksmithing from 70 to 100

The most cost‑effective way to level the profession up to 100 is crafting Eternal Gear. This method requires using the Order Table.

For example, you can craft gear items such as Eternally Forged Pauldrons.

By creating these items, you will receive 3× the normal skill points until you reach skill level 100/100.
