Tailoring
Why you need Tailoring
Tailoring is one of the most sought‑after professions — both for players who earn gold via the Order Board and those who sell resources on the Auction House. The profession offers two key advantages:
- the ability to craft relevant Cloth items;
- a special mechanic that lets you gather extra cloth by defeating mobs.
You can then:
- sell the cloth on the Auction House;
- disenchant it into various reagents, yielding new materials that other players might be interested in.
The profession remains profitable throughout the season because:
- crafted items and decorations are always in demand due to their low cost and effectiveness;
- consumable items produced are useful both in other professions and for crafting home decor, letting you earn gold if you sell decor or reagents.

Leveling Tailoring from 65 to 100
The most cost‑effective way to level the profession to 100 is crafting Consecrated Gear. To do this, you need to invest at least 5 Knowledge Points into the Threads of Devotion specialization tree. This method requires using the Order Board.
Items such as the Consecrated Cloak and other Consecrated items can be unlocked in the Threads of Devotion specialization tree.
By crafting these items, you’ll earn 3× the usual Skill Points until you reach skill level 100/100.
