Nightborne
The Nightborne, also known as the shal'dorei are a race of elves that reside in Suramar. They were separated from the rest of the world for thousands of years, and as a result of the prolonged exposure to the Nightwell, an ancient source of power created by the Highborne, they turned into a unique race of elves.
They were led by Elisande until the events at the Citadel of Night, which led to Elisande's death and brought the Burning Legion's defeat closer. The events that took place in Suramar were caused by the ultimatum presented to them by the Burning Legion, and in order to save their civilization, Elisanda decided to side with Sargeras' army.
With the help of forces beyond the Shattered Isles, the Desecrated were able to end Elisande's rule and save their people from dependence on the Well of Night. Later, when Elisande's former advisor Talisstra became the new leader, the Nightborn swore allegiance to the Horde in order to help their elven kindred and repay their kindness.

How to unlock Allied Race
The requirements for unlocking the Nightborne Allied Race are as follows:
● Get an achievement Insurrection
This achievement requires completion of the main Suramar storyline, which should take several hours to complete.
● You must then complete a special recruitment quest, which demonstrates why the Nightborne have decided to join the Horde.

After completing these, you will have earned the Allied Races: Nightborne achievement, will receive Shal'dorei Tabard and Nightborne Manasaber.
