Malavita
Malavita first discovered World of Warcraft in Draenor, but truly got into the game with the Shadowlands expansion. Has a soft spot for Demon Hunters and Mages. Considers her main goal to be collecting as many mounts as possible.

Eternal Kindler's Greatstaff is an epic-quality two-handed staff from the Dragonflight expansion (patch 10.2). The model is built around the Emerald Dream theme. It is a weapon for specializations that use staves as their primary weapon — druids, priests, mages, warlocks, shamans and monks.
The staff drops in the Amirdrassil, the Dream's Hope raid — the final raid of Dragonflight, located in the northwest of the Emerald Dream. The appearance captures the nature-and-fire aesthetic of this raid well: the warm glow of the head echoes the theme of the reborn Tree of Life and the flames of Fyrakk.
The staff drops from the raid's second-to-last boss — Tindral Sageswift, the seer of flame.
Head straight for the lowest raid difficulty: only the model matters for transmog, and the staff is easiest to obtain on Raid Finder and Normal mode.
The raid is located in the northwest of the Emerald Dream, with the entrance near the Wellspring of Life — the most convenient way there is through the portal to the Emerald Dream from the capital cities.
Tindral Sageswift is the second-to-last boss, so you will have to clear the whole raid before him, but solo at the current level this takes little time.
Drop in once a week on each difficulty: this way you multiply the number of attempts on a single character.
It is most convenient to farm on classes with high mobility and self-healing to quickly clear the raid's early bosses.
Besides the staff, Tindral also drops other weapon and armor appearances from the raid — it is worth collecting all the loot you are interested in during a single run.
If you run several characters, clear the raid on each one: the weekly resets are independent, and your chances at the staff you need increase.
