Skullstealer Greataxe — Transmog Set Guide

Skullstealer Greataxe is an epic-quality two-handed axe added in the Cataclysm expansion alongside the Firelands raid. It is a massive weapon styled after the raid's fiery theme: a broad, jagged blade of dark metal with smoldering veins and a skull mounted at its base, all rendered in the crimson-and-orange palette of Ragnaros and his servants.

The model is unique to the Firelands weapon set and is not found in this form anywhere outside that raid. Thanks to its beastly silhouette with a skull, the axe is popular among warriors, death knights, and demon hunters who assemble grim transmog sets.

The axe drops from Shannox, one of the bosses of the Firelands raid on Mount Hyjal. Shannox patrols the opening section of the raid together with his hounds.
