Inscription of The War Within

Inscription isn’t the most popular profession among players due to its narrow focus and low gold‑earning efficiency. However, scribes can craft quite useful runes and items that provide various blessings for players. For example, the Vantian Rune: Managorn Omega grants a special blessing to the entire raid when fighting the bosses in the Managorn Omega raid.

You can learn the profession from one of two special NPCs:

We’ve tried to provide you with the fastest and most cost‑effective way to level up the profession, but you might need slightly more resources, as leveling has a small degree of randomness. Some yellow and orange recipes might not yield the desired result, so carefully monitor how many resources you have left after learning each recipe.

To level up, you’ll need to gather the following ingredients:

• Mycobloom — 1 360 ×
  

• Luredrop — 650 ×
  

• Purified Algarian Water — 4 000 ×
  

• Arator’s Spear — 200 ×
  

• Power Residue — 80 ×
  

We recommend selecting the lowest quality of all reagents — , as the quality of the reagent doesn’t affect the speed of profession leveling, allowing you to save on materials.

Once you’ve gathered or purchased the required resources, you can begin crafting.

The most efficient and fastest way to level up the profession to 100 is crafting Vantian Runes. You can create runes for both the current raid and previous ones. We recommend focusing on the current raid’s runes, as you’ll be able to sell them on the auction house after crafting. These runes are in high demand among players who participate in raiding — although they cost a bit more to craft than other runes.

You can obtain the necessary recipes either while leveling the profession or by purchasing them from other players via the auction house.

Some recipes on the auction house can be expensive. Therefore, carefully monitor both the price and the usefulness of the item you’re crafting. Remember: it’s the usefulness and demand for the crafted item that allows you to earn gold through the profession.
