Slicer Blade — Transmog Set Guide

Slicer Blade is an uncommon, starter-level one-handed dagger, one of the very first blades a player encounters back in the starting zones of the Eastern Kingdoms. It is a short, straight blade on a plain, unadorned hilt: the model belongs to the basic family of short blades and looks restrained — a narrow metal blade, a modest guard, and a dark grip wrapping.

The dagger carries no lore references and is not a named reward. Its value to a transmog collector lies precisely in the cleanness of its silhouette: it is a "working" knife with no visual noise, easy to fit into the looks of mercenaries, rogues, and commoners. The item has been in the game for a long time and was passed down to modern World of Warcraft from the original game, so it ranks among the earliest additions to your appearance collection.

The Slicer Blade drops from mobs in the Westfall zone — a low-level Alliance territory southwest of Stormwind. These are former farmlands seized by the Defias Brotherhood and its mechanical reapers.

The main drop source is the Harvest Golem, a mechanical mob that patrols the ruined fields all across Westfall. The dagger's drop chance is around 1.11%, so farming is built around serial clearing: kill a golem, move on to the next, and repeat the loop.

Key features of obtaining it:

• Harvest Golems are ordinary mobs of roughly level 10–12 and pose no threat to a leveled character.
• There is no attempt limit — you can farm the dagger for as many loops as you need.
• The dagger becomes soulbound when equipped, but as a trophy for the appearance collection it is enough to equip or learn it once.
• Only the appearance drops — there is no need to farm the dagger again after the appearance is unlocked.

Besides the ordinary golems, larger machines of the same family also roam Westfall — the Rusty Harvest Golem in the northern part of the zone and the Harvest Watcher closer to the central farms. They belong to those same ruined lands, so you will come across them along the way while farming.

• Harmonizes with leather sets in earthy, gray-brown tones: the blade does not draw attention and leaves the accent on the armor.
