Spire of the Furious Construct — Transmog Set Guide

Spire of the Furious Construct is a two-handed staff added to World of Warcraft in the Warlords of Draenor expansion. It is a weapon with Intellect among its stats, meaning it is designed for caster classes: mages, warlocks, priests, shamans, and druids in specializations that use staves. At max level the staff lost its value as combat gear long ago, but its appearance remains sought after for transmogrification.

The staff's model is styled after the arakkoa: the head resembles a solar mechanism of Rukhmar's devotees, with golden apexis details and a warm glow. The name refers to its source — a guardian golem named Araknath, a "creation of the Sun" that the arakkoa built from the apexis technologies of their ancestors.

The staff drops from the boss Araknath — the second of the four bosses in the Skyreach dungeon. The dungeon itself sits atop the peaks in the Spires of Arak zone on Draenor.

• Difficulty: a Warlords of Draenor-era dungeon, available in Normal and Heroic modes, and also part of the Mythic dungeon rotation in the Midnight season.
• Loot type: personal loot, dropping directly from Araknath when the fight ends.
• Group or solo: at level 90 the entire dungeon can be cleared solo without trouble, no separate group needed.
• Attempt limit: there are no restrictions; you can enter and reset the dungeon as many times as you like.

Araknath stands on a raised platform in the far part of the dungeon, in a hall with energy columns. Inside the instance the fight location is at roughly 52.4, 61.2 on the dungeon map. The entrance to the dungeon itself is in the northern part of the Spires of Arak zone; the easiest way to get there is to teleport via the dungeon journal or use a portal from your garrison.
