The Everforged Longsword is an epic one-handed sword that blacksmiths craft in The War Within expansion. It is a massive straight blade in the style of the Arathi people: a broad edge, golden engraving, and a crossguard with radiating beams that nod to their veneration of the Light.

The item's main appeal is its unique color scheme. The weapon mirrors the Arathi silhouette but is painted in a dark black-and-red variant that is not available out in the open world. The only way to obtain this recolor is through crafting, which is why the sword is prized by collectors assembling complete sets of Arathi models in every color.

The item level is 593, and level 80 is required to use it. The sword suits warriors, paladins, and death knights, as well as any character who needs a one-handed blade for transmogrification.

The sword is forged by the Khaz Algar Blacksmithing profession and ranks among the best crafted items in The War Within.

• The recipe unlocks automatically when you unlock the narrow Longblades specialization in the weaponsmithing branch: Weaponsmithing → Blades → Longblades.
