This is a melee fighter whose primary stat is Agility. The Feral Druid is a master of stealth and bleeds who takes on the Cat Form to deliver rapid strikes.
The defining feature of the specialization is managing two resources: Energy and Combo Points. The gameplay revolves around maintaining damage-over-time effects on the target and using finishing moves at the right moment.

Rip — with 5 combo points

Ferocious Bite with 5 combo points and when Rip is present
Rip and Tear — on cooldown. Dump energy 4 seconds before its cooldown ends
Shred — when 
Sudden Ambush is active
Rake — if it is not active on your target- Shred — to build combo points

Primal Wrath — with 5 combo points under the following conditions – click for conditions: Rip not active, or within the Pandemic timer; the Rip snapshot can be boosted with Tiger's Fury
Raging Fury — on cooldown. When possible, use it during Tiger's Fury- Berserk — use this during, before Tiger's Fury expires, with as few combo points as possible

- Ravage — / Ferocious Bite with 5 combo points and while Rip is active

Leveling
When entering combat from 
Prowl you deal increased damage. Quickly build up combo points to use Ferocious Bite. Use Rejuvenation between fights so you do not waste time resting.
Useful Tips
Typhoon and 
Incapacitating Roar are your crowd control tools.
Remove Corruption lets you help the group by removing poisons and curses.
Rebirth can be cast instantly under a Predatory Swiftness proc.
