The Blinding Vale — Mythic+ Dungeon Guide
The Blinding Vale
This dungeon was added in the Midnight expansion. It is a valley bathed in blinding Light, where plants and beasts have been reborn under the influence of the Light's power. Players must journey through the valley and defeat four bosses guarding this twisted garden.
In this guide we will break down all the dungeon mechanics and cover the nuances of fighting the bosses and elite enemies inside the dungeon.
Lightbloom Trio

Fight Overview
The first encounter is against three lightbloom rutaani — Maittik, Lekshi, and Kezkitt — who work together tending the lustrous garden. Maittik prepares the soil, Lekshi plants seeds in it, and Kezkitt accelerates their growth, causing dangerous plants to spread across the arena. The fight requires dealing with the rutaani themselves as well as their garden.
Key Boss Abilities
-
Maittik creates patches of fertile soil in which plants take root and grow.
-
Lekshi dashes forward and plants seeds in the prepared soil.
-
Kezkitt accelerates seed germination with a beam of light. If the beam is not blocked, the plants are empowered.
-
The grown plants spread across the arena, damaging players.
-
The lightblooms gain a stacking effect if the beam feeding them is not blocked.
-
A heavy slam into the ground dealing area damage.
-
Light-scorched patches are left on the floor, dealing damage to players standing in them.

Elite Enemies
Beyond the bosses, as you advance through the vale you will encounter elite beasts and plants reborn under the influence of the Light. Several of the most notable are covered below. When facing such enemies, try to mark targets in advance, interrupt spells, use crowd-control abilities, and avoid engaging multiple groups at once.
Overgrown Hydra

An elite multi-headed plant elemental. It strikes players with
Lightmaw Beams and pelts the arena with
Bullet Seeds. Avoid the beams and the seeded zones and try not to let the entire group take hits at once.
Bulbtoad Matriarch

An elite toad elemental. It pulls players in with
Tongue Toss, spits poison via
Toxic Spew, and summons offspring with
Toadspawn. Destroy the summoned toads and avoid the poisoned zones.
Radiant Charmsower

An elite spellcaster. It attacks at range with
Light Bolt and calls for reinforcements with
Call The Grove. Interrupt its spells, apply crowd control, and prioritize killing it first if it stands alongside other enemies.
