About the Class

This is a tank whose primary stat is Agility. The Guardian Druid is the embodiment of nature's indestructible might, taking the form of a massive bear to protect its allies.

The defining feature of the specialization is managing Rage and maintaining a high level of physical protection through Ironfur. The gameplay is built around constantly generating threat, absorbing damage, and using self-healing abilities.

Strengths

Huge health pool and one of the highest physical armor values in the game.
Strong and consistent AoE damage, allowing you to easily hold groups of enemies.
Simple and straightforward rotation, letting you focus on fight mechanics.
Unique utility: Stampeding Roar to speed up the group and Rebirth in combat.

Weaknesses

Vulnerable to magic damage compared to other tanks.
Reliance on active mitigation: without accumulated rage for Ironfur, it becomes rather fragile.
Few abilities for instantly interrupting spells at range.

In bear form you are practically invulnerable to ordinary monsters. Gather as many targets as possible with Moonfire and kill them with Thrash and Swipe. Use Frenzied Regeneration if your health drops below 60%.

Useful Tips

Survival Instincts is your strongest defensive cooldown; use it before taking lethal damage.

Barkskin has a very short cooldown, so don't be afraid to press it on every pack of monsters.

Rebirth — always keep fallen allies in focus; your role lets you resurrect them without losing tempo.
