Murder Row — Mythic+ Dungeon Guide
Murder Row
This dungeon was added in the Midnight expansion. It is set in the shadowy back-alleys of Silvermoon, overrun by criminals and Fel-born creatures. Players must fight their way through the winding streets and defeat four bosses entrenched in this dangerous district.
In this guide we break down every dungeon mechanic in detail and explain the nuances of fighting the bosses and elite enemies inside.
Kistia Mana-Heart

Boss Abilities
-
Kistia turns her pet mana-wyrm Chomper against the players, subjugating him with dark energy.
-
When the subjugation fades, Chomper breaks free and returns to the Light, aiding the players.
-
Chomper, under Kistia's control, scatters fel spray that must be avoided.
-
Kistia conjures mirror images — this spell should be interrupted.
-
Kistia unleashes a barrage of Chaos energy upon the players.
-
A fel storm erupts on the platform, dealing damage to anyone standing inside it.
-
A venomous spit that leaves behind a dangerous pool.
Strategy: Kistia Mana-Heart
Tanks
Keep Kistia in check and track Chomper's behavior: under
Illicit Infusion he is dangerous, but after
Light Infusion he helps the group.Healers
While Chomper is under
Illicit Infusion, the group takes increased damage — ramp up healing and watch players afflicted by
Corroding Spittle.DPS
Interrupt
Mirror Images, dodge
Fel Spray, and move out of
Felstorm and
Chaos Barrage zones.
Zaen Mournblade

Boss Abilities
-
After building up energy, Zaen executes a powerful attack against the entire group. Take cover to avoid serious damage.
-
A rapid attack whose damage must be avoided.
-
Zaen hurls a fire bomb that leaves a dangerous zone on impact.
-
A flurry of rapid strikes on his current target.
-
A deadly poison applied to a player.
-
An additional venom effect that deals periodic damage.
Strategy: Zaen Mournblade
Tanks
As soon as Zaen has built energy for
Murder in a Row, reposition the boss and retreat to cover along with the group.Healers
Monitor players afflicted by
Heartstop Poison and
Envenom, and make sure to take cover when
Murder in a Row goes out.DPS
Avoid damage from
Same-Day Delivery and
Fire Bomb, and get to cover before
Murder in a Row hits.
Zatuuks the Breaker

Boss Abilities
-
A powerful blow against the current target that deals high physical damage and reduces the healing that target receives.
-
Zatuuks hurls an axe at a random player. While the axe remains alive, the entire group suffers
Fel Lightning. -
While the thrown axe is intact, all players periodically take Fel magic damage.
-
Fel magic zones are left on the ground, dealing damage and persisting for an extended duration.
-
Over time Zatuuks's fury escalates and he enters a frenzy, gaining the
Burning Steps effect.
Strategy: Zatuuks the Breaker
Tanks
Save defensive cooldowns for
Legion Strike, which hits hard and reduces the healing you receive. Position the boss so that
Burning Steps zones do not obstruct the group.Healers
Keep in mind that
Legion Strike reduces tank healing, while
Fel Lightning hits the entire group as long as the thrown axe is alive — increase healing during these windows.DPS
Destroy the axe from
Axe Toss as quickly as possible to remove
Fel Lightning from everyone, and step out of
Burning Steps zones.
Lithiel Ashen Fury

Boss Abilities
-
Wild imps are summoned near each player and begin attacking the group.
-
After summoning imps, Lithiel retreats through a demonic gateway and begins casting her next spell.
-
A slowly expanding wave of fel energy that deals high burst damage and leaves a damage-over-time effect on players it passes through.
-
Lithiel fires a chaos bolt at her target, dealing heavy damage.
-
Lithiel surrounds herself with a shield of fel energy.
-
Lithiel empowers her abilities with fel energy.
Strategy: Lithiel Ashen Fury
Tanks
Hold the boss and account for her repositions through
Demonic Gateway, adjusting your position to keep the group safe.Healers
Malefic Wave deals heavy damage and leaves a persistent DoT — increase healing while the group handles the imps from
Fingers of Gul'dan.DPS
Kill the summoned imps, sidestep the expanding
Malefic Wave, and interrupt or avoid
Chaos Bolt whenever possible.
Elite Enemies
Beyond the bosses, elite enemies await as you push through the alleys — henchmen, guards, and fel-born creatures. Several of the most notable are covered below. Against these foes, assign kill targets in advance, interrupt spells, use crowd-control abilities, and avoid pulling multiple packs at once.
Cutthroat Arcanist

An elite spellcaster. It attacks at range with
Fel Missiles, conjures a
Felstorm, and can inflict
Fel Crazed. It must be interrupted and crowd-controlled whenever possible, and should be the priority kill target.
Rowdy Bouncer

An elite bruiser guarding the alleys. He is tough and dangerous in melee, so engage him with defensive cooldowns ready and apply slows and crowd control whenever possible.
Trained Fel Hound

An elite demon beast. It charges players and drains their strength with
Drain Life. Keep it under crowd control and do not allow it to freely attack vulnerable group members.
