Demon Hunter Devourer
About the Class
Demon Hunter Devourer is a mid-range melee fighter wielding two one-handed warblades. The class deals massive burst damage on both single target and AoE, has excellent mobility and a simple rotation.
Strengths
- Excellent damage on both single target and AoE.
- Simple rotation that lets you quickly learn the class and deliver strong results.
- AoE crowd control and group-wide damage immunity useful for both raid and dungeon groups.
Weaknesses
- Heavy dependency on the burst cooldown (Metamorphosis). Without it, damage is mediocre.
- Constant movement is required to pick up soul shards to quickly build energy and use strong abilities.
- Very small number of abilities. Gameplay may feel boring to some players.

Useful Tips for Mythic+ Keys
1
Use the abilities
Void Eruption and
Sigil of Misery to interrupt spells and crowd-control groups of enemies.
2
You can cast
Shift for more efficient and faster soul shard collection. Try to use this ability as often as possible, since the number of shards gathered directly influences your damage.
3
The ability
Darkness grants the group full damage immunity (in a 5-man group). Be sure to use it during powerful mob or boss abilities aimed at group members. It also lets you skip some dungeon boss mechanics, but requires coordinated play from the whole group.
