About the Class

This is a ranged fighter whose main stat is Intellect. The Destruction Warlock is a master of chaos and fel fire, calling upon destructive energy to incinerate their foes.

The defining feature of the spec is managing the Soul Shards resource and sustaining high damage by casting powerful spells such as Havoc and Chaos Bolt. The gameplay revolves around rapidly building up shards and spending them efficiently during high-damage windows.

Always keep Wither up on targets.
Restore your Voidwalker’s health with Drain Life, but be sure to take the Infernal Bond talent.

Handy Tips for Mythic+ Keys

For survival, use Dark Pact almost on cooldown and Demonic Healthstone together with Burning Rush in a single macro.

Demonic Gateway — use it to reposition.

Soulstone — in Mythic+, always keep one charge on the healer or tank (Combat Res).

In Mythic dungeons, run with the Summon Felhunter minion to interrupt spells.
