Restoration Druid
About the Class
This is a healer whose main stat is Intellect.
The key feature of the Restoration Druid is gradual healing that grows stronger with the number of healing effects active on the group. The more HoTs are ticking, the more powerful the healing and the lower the mana cost. Unlike other healers, a Druid heals allies steadily over time rather than bursting a lot of health at once, so it is very important to anticipate when your group will take damage and be ready for it.
Strengths
Almost every spell can be cast on the move.
The best class for distributed group-wide damage.
Unique buff
Mark of the Wild, granting the whole party 3% Versatility.
Weaknesses
Proactive playstyle: requires knowing damage timings because HoT effects need time to ramp up.
Hard to instantly save a target without pre-ramp due to the lack of strong instant healing.
You have to shapeshift to deal damage.
