About the Class

Holy Priest is a classic healer whose main stat is Intellect. The spec relies on powerful direct healing to save allies.

The signature mechanic of the specialization is Holy Words: casting basic spells reduces the cooldowns of the powerful Holy Word abilities. The gameplay is built around managing those cooldowns efficiently and reactively healing your group or raid.

Strengths

Strong healing on both single targets and the whole group through Holy Word spells.
Simple and intuitive gameplay, well suited for newcomers.
Spirit of Redemption lets you keep healing even after death.
Powerful raid cooldowns such as Divine Hymn and Holy Word: Salvation.

Weaknesses

Low mobility: almost every core spell requires you to stand still while casting.
