Factory-Issue Plexhammer is an epic one-handed hammer added in the The War Within expansion alongside the Manaforge Omega raid. Visually, it is a massive industrial mace: a faceted battle head of dark metal wrapped with strands of arcane fiber, with a dim purple glow tracing its outline. The model leans into the techno-fabric aesthetic of K'aresh — a world consumed by the Void — and fits perfectly into a "factory-mechanical" concept where metal sits side by side with otherworldly magic.

This is a melee weapon for Strength-based specializations: warriors, death knights, and paladins. The hammer is one-handed, so it is easy to pair with a shield or with a second one-handed weapon for dual wielding.

The Factory-Issue Plexhammer drops from the first boss of the Manaforge Omega raid — the Plexus Sentinel. The raid is located on the planet K'aresh and became the final raid of the The War Within expansion (Season 3).

• Difficulties: the hammer drops on Normal, Heroic, and Mythic difficulty, as well as in Raid Finder.
• The drop chance is about 16% per kill, provided your specialization matches the item's stats.
• Limit: personal loot is awarded once per kill, and the boss itself is available once a week on each difficulty.
• The higher the difficulty, the higher the item level, but the appearance is identical on all modes.

For pure appearance farming, Normal difficulty or Raid Finder will do — the transmog model unlocks the same way regardless of item level.
