Fleshcrafter's Knife — Transmog Set Guide

The Fleshcrafter's Knife is a rare-quality one-handed dagger originating from the Shadowlands expansion. It is a short blade in the bone-and-sinew aesthetic typical of Maldraxxus: a dark hilt, an uneven blade with a greenish tint, and a crude finish that looks as if it were stitched together from someone else's flesh. The model belongs to the Oribos dungeon dagger family — a single visual style shared across every Shadowlands dungeon.

As a transmog, the dagger suits any specialization that can wield one-handed blades: rogues, druids, shamans, priests, mages, warlocks, and any class that uses a dagger in one or both hands. The look is set in a grim necromantic palette, so it fits especially well with sets themed around the undead, cultists, and the Necrolord covenant.

The item itself — Fleshcrafter's Knife — is low level and has long since lost any value as a combat weapon. Today it is collected purely for its appearance: the look is added to your transmogrification collection on pickup.

The dagger drops from a single boss — it is a dungeon drop.

A convenient way to farm regularly is the Scroll of Teleportation: Theater of Pain: it sends you straight to the entrance. The scroll is sold in Oribos by the dungeon map vendor.

Xav is the third boss on the standard route, but the Theater of Pain has a non-linear layout, and the clear order can be changed. You reach him from the Challengers' arena, past the first packs of enemies.
