Exile's Beacon is an epic two-handed staff from the The War Within expansion. The model is built around an ethereal theme: an elongated head with a dark-purple crystal and floating shards, a silk-wrapped shaft, and a muted void glow. It is a nod to the source itself — the staff drops from an ethereal assassin from the world of K'aresh, so its silhouette leans closer to a techno-crystalline look than the classic nerubian aesthetic of the rest of the raid.

The staff drops in the Nerub-ar Palace raid and suits every class that wields staves: priests, mages, warlocks, druids, shamans, and monks. The item's combat stats no longer matter — it is taken purely for its appearance.

The only source of the staff is the sixth boss of the Nerub-ar Palace raid, Nexus-Princess Ky'veza. She is an ethereal assassin from the world of K'aresh who recently arrived at Queen Ansurek's court.
