Bullet Biter is an epic two-handed firearm added to World of Warcraft in The War Within expansion with patch 11.1, dedicated to Undermine. It is a massive goblin gun in the signature cartel style: a roughly assembled body, brass plating, and industrial finishing that matches the machinery of the underground city.

The weapon occupies the two-handed ranged slot and is intended for hunters — the only class that wields guns. Its appearance echoes the goblin tech of Undermine, so the barrel fits well into "mechanical" and "cartel" looks.

The gun drops from The Underpin — a seasonal challenge boss added in The War Within. It stands in a separate delve in the city of Undermine, and you can take it on either solo or in a small group.
