Get Deep-Dweller's Staff

Deep-Dweller's Staff is a two-handed staff of uncommon quality, added in the The War Within expansion. It is a magical weapon for casters: priests, mages, warlocks, shamans, druids, monks and evokers. The model is styled in dark underwater-cavern tones with a tip resembling a shell and fused coral, an appearance that clearly echoes the deep zones of Khaz Algar.

The staff belongs to the green "deep-dweller" item set, a stylistically unified collection of cloth and weapons that drops while leveling through the new lands. The gear itself has long been worthless in terms of stats, so today the staff is interesting first and foremost as a cheap and easily obtainable transmog.

The staff is a green world drop from the leveling period in Khaz Algar, the lands of The War Within expansion. It has no dedicated boss or fixed farming spot: the item drops from ordinary mobs and from chests as you progress through the zones, just like the rest of the set.

• The quality is uncommon (green), so the chance of encountering the staff in regular loot is fairly high.
