Draenic Wildstaff — Transmog Set Guide

Draenic Wildstaff is a rare two-handed staff from The Burning Crusade expansion. Its main feature is the animation: flowers bloom on the head, shifting in hue from pale blue to pink, leaves occasionally drift off the staff, and the head itself is wrapped in a soft purple glow.

It is one of the most expressive "nature" staves of old Outland: the living animation makes it stand out even next to far later models. The item has been irrelevant in terms of power for a long time, and today it is collected purely for the appearance — it reads beautifully in druid and nature-themed looks.

The name references the draenei and the lands of Outland, but visually the staff is closer to the theme of living nature than to the technological aesthetic of the draenei.

This is a dungeon drop. The staff drops from the boss Avatar of the Martyred in the Auchenai Crypts dungeon, located in the Terokkar Forest zone in Outland.

• The staff only drops in the heroic mode of the dungeon — it is not on the loot table in normal mode.
• The Avatar of the Martyred does not stand in the hall on her own: she is summoned by Exarch Maladaar during his fight. First you battle Maladaar, and only then does the Avatar appear.

The content is deeply outdated, so the dungeon can be soloed on almost any class at max level.
