Malavita first discovered World of Warcraft in Draenor, but truly got into the game with the Shadowlands expansion. Has a soft spot for Demon Hunters and Mages. Considers her main goal to be collecting as many mounts as possible.

Hammer of Vigilance is a one-handed crushing hammer added to World of Warcraft in the Legion expansion alongside the Tomb of Sargeras raid. This massive weapon stands out thanks to an unusual blend of two themes: the base of the model is rendered in the cold tones of the Fel with a greenish glow, while the head and edges are finished with motifs of the Light. This contrast makes the hammer recognizable and a rare guest in collections — it is obtained only from a Legion-era raid.
The weapon suits every class that wields one-handed hammers: death knights, druids, monks, paladins, priests, rogues, shamans, and warriors. After the transmogrification system changes in The War Within, class restrictions on collecting appearances have eased considerably, so a looted hammer is added to your shared account collection.
The hammer drops from the Maiden of Vigilance — one of the bosses in the Tomb of Sargeras raid. The raid itself is located on the Broken Shore and belongs to the Legion expansion (patch 7.2.5).
To reach the raid, you need to travel to the Broken Shore in Legion. The fastest route is a portal from your class hall or from Dalaran, after which the entrance to the Tomb of Sargeras is located near the large temple structure in the southern part of the zone.
Enter the raid once a week on the highest available difficulty — the higher the difficulty, the more items drop from the boss per run.
For solo farming, classes with high mobility and steady self-healing are convenient, for example a paladin or a demon hunter.
On a single run, check the loot from every boss in the raid — this saves time if you are collecting several weapon models at once.
Keep the weekly reset in mind: you can go in for the hammer again on the same difficulty only after the weekly refresh.
If you are hunting for this exact model, remember that bonus rolls do not apply to the boss — count only on the main loot.
The hammer is bound to the character on pickup, but the appearance becomes available to the entire account once it is learned.
