Get Enchanted Fey Dragon mount

Enchanted Fey Dragon is a flying mount from the Blizzard Shop that has been sold in the Battle.net Shop since November 2013. It is a shimmering rainbow dragon that smoothly shifts color during flight on a fixed cycle: blue, gold and red hues replace one another every 15 seconds. The model was created specifically for the shop and has no equivalent among in-game drops.

In The War Within (patch 11.1, Season 2) the mount is fully up to date: it automatically adapts to your character's maximum riding skill, serving as both a flying and a ground mount. At level 80 in 2026 you get a full-fledged flying mount with the classic flight style, which works in all old and new zones where flight is enabled.

• Unique color shift. The shimmering model is one of the most stylish among WoW dragons. The three colors change on a strict schedule rather than at random.
• A boost to your collection. The mount counts toward all the shared mount-count achievements and the milestone rewards for 300–500 mounts.
• Versatility. A single mount covers both ground and air travel: it picks its own speed depending on your skill and the zone.
• Account-wide. Once purchased, the mount immediately appears on all your characters, including future ones — you do not need to repeat the procedure on alts.
• A nod to the Emerald Dream theme. In lore the mount is tied to the keepers of the Emerald Dream, which makes it a thematic complement to the Dragon Isles zones and druid locations.

• Character level: at least 20 to use the mount. At level 80 in 2026 you are already all set for full flight.
• Riding skill: unlocks automatically as you level up. The mount scales itself to your maximum skill, so no extra purchases are required.
• Reputation: not required. The mount comes from the shop; no factions or achievements are taken into account.
• Faction: available to both the Alliance and the Horde without restrictions.
• What you need to buy it:
  • An active Battle.net account linked to World of Warcraft.
  • Real money: 25 US dollars or 25 euros (the price in other regions may differ slightly).
  • Or the equivalent in Battle.net balance obtained through the WoW Token on the auction house.

1. Check your level and skill. At level 80 you already have the maximum riding skill for the current content unlocked, and the mount will automatically use its speed.
2. Prepare the funds. Decide whether you are buying with real money or via the WoW Token. In the second case, gather the required amount of gold in advance, buy a token on the auction house, then exchange it for Battle.net balance.
3. Open the shop. In the game, click the "Shop" button on the left side of the menu screen, or go to shop.battle.net and log in to your account.
4. Find the mount. In the "Mounts" section, select "Enchanted Fey Dragon". Make sure the description lists item 97989 specifically, not other dragons from the shop.
5. Pay for the purchase. Choose a payment method: card, PayPal or Battle.net balance. Confirm the transaction.
6. Wait for activation. The mount usually appears on the account instantly, but payment processing can sometimes take up to 15 minutes.
7. Receive the item in game. Log in with any character and open the mail at the nearest mailbox: the letter from "Blizzard Entertainment" will contain the Enchanted Fey Dragon item.
8. Activate the mount. Right-click the item in your bag. The mount will be added to your collection and become available on all characters of the account under "Collections" → "Mounts".
