Patch 12.0.5 Class Changes — April 27, 2026

Havoc

• Fixed an issue where Annihilation was gaining a bonus from the Soaring Ascent talent in the Aldrachi Reaver hero tree of the Vengeance specialization when Collective Anguish was used under certain conditions.

Vengeance

• Aldrachi Reaver: Fixed an issue where Celestial Echoes were granting an extra 5 Fury per Soul Cleave instead of the intended 3 Fury.

• Fixed an issue where the healing effect of Living Flame did not always proc from certain attacks.

Frost

• Fixed an issue where Rank 2 of Glacial Spike did not increase the proc chance to the correct value per stack of Splitting Ice.
• Fixed an issue where Flurry did not gain its full damage bonus from Brain Freeze if another Flurry without the Brain Freeze bonus was cast immediately after.
• Fixed an issue where some tracked Frostfire buffs were not displayed correctly.
• Casting Mass Invisibility now correctly interrupts the Mage's current spell.

Windwalker

• Touch of Karma is now displayed as a large defensive buff icon on raid frames.

• Trickster: The visual effect of Cloak of Shadows is now visible only to the caster in all conditions.

Assassination

• The tracked buffs of Indiscriminate Carnage have been split into two elements and can now be tracked separately by cooldown trackers: The duration of the energy generation bonus. The amount of energy generated when Envenom ends.

Affliction

• Fixed an issue where Phantom Singularity did not take effect after applying Curse.
• Flameweaver: Fixed an issue where Kha'lan's Cruelty did not increase the critical strike chance of Wrath of Nathreza.
• Fixed an issue where the periodic damage of Drain Soul was not amplified by Death's Embrace.
• Soul Harvester: Fixed an issue where consuming Shadow Embrace with Drain Soul did not trigger Cruel Reaping.

Demonology

• Fixed an issue where Fel Armament reduced the cooldown of Felstorm by 20 sec instead of the intended 10 sec.
