The main difficulty of the build is the Khorium Bar: khorium ore is rare and usually pricier than the other materials. Hardened Adamantite Tubes and Fel Iron Bolts are made by the engineer themselves, while a Noble Topaz can be bought or cut from ore.

If you do not have Engineering, the easiest option is to order the craft from another player: you hand the reagents to the crafter, and you unlock the finished item into the transmog collection on your own character.
