It is a bulky firearm with an azerite tank, fittings, and an industrial finish — a clear showcase of Trade Company "technology." The flavor text plays on the absurdly long "official" name of the device, spelling out the acronym as "Pump-Action Cyclical Isolated Functioning Item of Shooting Technology."

The item level is low, and the gun has long been irrelevant in combat — its value is purely cosmetic. The warm copper-and-rust palette and the abundance of pipes make it an excellent choice for goblin, engineering, and steampunk looks.
