You can obtain this resonator by defeating the final boss, Chrome‑King Gallivix, in the Liberation of Lower Shaft raid.

Accessing the raid is very straightforward. Here’s what you need to do:

• Go to your faction’s portal room and teleport to Dornogal.
• In the very center of the city, you’ll see a portal leading to the Lower Shaft zone. Step through it.
• In Lower Shaft, find the “Non‑Continental” Inn. The raid entrance is located inside.

The drop chance for this unusual mount is ~0.57 %.

• The mount can drop from all raid difficulty levels, including through the Raid Finder system, which can slightly increase your chances of obtaining it.
• The item drops as raid loot, not directly into the player’s bag. Any raid member can acquire it by winning the roll in the loot distribution system.
