Resolute Runeglaive — Transmog Set Guide
Overview

The
Resolute Runeglaive is a one-handed warglaive added to World of Warcraft with the revamped Magisters' Terrace in the Midnight expansion. It is a double-bladed weapon in the sin'dorai guardian style: a slim central grip flanked by two symmetrical, rune-engraved blades, an unmistakable nod to classic elven weaponry.
Source
The Resolute Runeglaive drops from Seranel Sunlash, one of the bosses in the Magisters' Terrace dungeon. This is a revamped version of the classic dungeon, brought back into the Mythic+ rotation for the first season of Midnight.
- Boss: Seranel Sunlash, located inside the dungeon around
/way 55.8 33.3. - Difficulty: the dungeon is available on Heroic and Mythic difficulty, including Mythic+.
- Group: a standard five-player party.
- Limit: the dungeon can be run without a weekly lockout, so you can farm the appearance for as many runs as you need.
The exact drop chance has not been confirmed, but repeated dungeon runs remove any dependence on a weekly lock, which is noticeably more convenient than raid farming.
Visual pairing
- It suits sets themed around Quel'Thalas and the blood elves, since the blade's red-and-gold palette echoes such ensembles.
- It harmonizes with demon hunter leather sets in dark red and charcoal tones.
- It looks great paired with itself, as two identical blades create a symmetrical, cohesive look.
- It contrasts with cool blue-green sets, a debatable but striking combination.
Tips
The appearance is available only to demon hunters, since only this class wields paired warglaives; you cannot preview the transmog on other classes.
The dungeon can be re-run without a weekly lockout, so farming the appearance is limited only by your time, not by locks.
The fastest way to obtain it is running Magisters' Terrace on Mythic or Mythic+ difficulty with a prepared group.
Seranel Sunlash is located in the middle of the dungeon, so you will need to clear the previous bosses and waves of enemies to reach her.
The weapon becomes soulbound on pickup, so the appearance is collected by whoever actually kills the boss.
If the appearance does not drop after several runs, simply repeat the dungeon, as the lack of a weekly lock makes the farm predictable.
