Sin'dorei Warblade is a rare two-handed sword with a pronounced sin'dorei elven aesthetic. It is a broad blade with red-and-gold trim on the guard and a distinctive pattern in the spirit of Quel'Thalas weapon design. The silhouette is ceremonial and ornate, so the appearance fits solemn elven looks well.
This sword's value for transmog lies in its accessibility and thematic appearance. It is the reward for a solo quest line in the sin'dorei starting zones, easy to obtain solo today, and against the cold majority of two-handers it offers a warm gold-and-red palette.
The sword is granted as a reward for the quest The Traitor's Destruction in the Ghostlands zone.
The Sin'dorei Warblade has no known recolored variants, but the same quest offers a choice of other weapons. If you need a different type for the same elven look, take a look at the alternative rewards.
| Item | Type | Wowhead |
|---|---|---|
| Dawnblade | Dagger | |
| Farstrider's Longbow | Bow |
Before claiming the reward, decide which weapon type you need: only one item from the list is given per completion.
The quest is easiest to do solo on a character above the zone's level — the Scourge citadel can be cleared without a group.
The appearance is added to your collection right after you receive the item; you don't have to keep wielding the sword afterward.
If you want both the sword and an alternative reward, you'll have to bring another character into the zone and complete the quest again.
For a two-handed specialization, the sword suits a Warrior, Death Knight, and Paladin as a cosmetic replacement for the main weapon.
On the way to the citadel, clear the rest of the Ghostlands quests — this speeds up leveling if your character is still growing.
