Siren's Cry — Transmog Set Guide
Overview

Siren's Cry is an epic-quality bow added to World of Warcraft with the Wrath of the Lich King expansion. It is a ranged weapon with a curved frame and a slender, almost weightless limb shape; the model is rendered in cool silvery-blue tones with a faint glow running along the string, echoing the titanic style of Ulduar.
The bow looks equally good on any class capable of wielding a ranged weapon, but first and foremost it is a striking appearance for hunters. The item comes from a raid of a previous expansion that is now easily cleared solo, so almost any character of sufficient level can collect the appearance.
Source
Siren's Cry drops from Auriaya — an optional boss guarding the Shattered Walkway inside the raid.
- Raid: Ulduar, located in the Storm Peaks in the north of Northrend.
- Difficulty: the bow drops in the 25-player mode. Launch the raid in exactly that group size.
- The drop chance is about 15%, so the appearance may not drop in a single run; plan for several weekly attempts.
- Loot from the boss is tied to the weekly raid reset, so you get one attempt per character per week.
- The item becomes soulbound on pickup.
Auriaya stands shortly after the raid entrance, so reaching her is quick — there is no need to clear half of Ulduar.
Who It Suits Visually
- It harmonizes with plate and mail sets in a silvery-blue palette — for example, the Ulduar raid sets and other Northrend gear.
- It works for "titanic" and "icy" hunter looks thanks to the cool glow of the string.
- It stands out against dark leather armor, adding a bright glowing accent to a ranged look.
- It pairs well with white and silver hunter pets, supporting a unified cool palette.
Tips
25-player Ulduar is easily cleared solo on a max-level character, so you don't need a dedicated group to farm the appearance.
The best classes for solo farming are sturdy specializations with good self-healing, but Auriaya poses no threat to most other classes either.
Remember that the loot is bound to the weekly reset: if the bow doesn't drop, come back next game week.
Auriaya is an optional boss, so when planning your route head straight to her without wasting time on the other bosses if you only need this appearance.
In a single run you can collect other raid appearances from the boss, so farming Siren's Cry conveniently combines with hunting for other Ulduar items.
Once added to your collection, the appearance becomes available to all eligible characters on the account.
