How to Unlock the Skyborne in World of Warcraft: Forever

The Skyborne are a new playable race in World of Warcraft: Forever. They are an elven people from the Isle of Zephras, a floating shard of land inspired by the element of air, the Thunderous Fury, and the legacy of the Highborne.

The Skyborne were added to the preorder of one of the packs tied to the launch of World of Warcraft: Forever. You can get the race exclusively by purchasing one of the three preorder packs. No plans have been announced to make the race available later without buying a pack.

The good news is that the race and the starting zone “Isle of Zephras” are included in all three editions. So if you only want the race, there is no point in overpaying for the most expensive edition — the Heroic version is enough.

WoW: Forever itself does not need to be purchased separately.

A subscription is still required regardless: the pack unlocks the race, but it does not replace paying for game time.
