The item belongs to the "Lost Weapons" category, a series of cosmetic blades and other weapon types scattered across the waters of Midnight. Each such item is bind-on-equip, so you can freely resell it on the auction house until you apply the appearance.

To unlock the appearance, you only need to use the item once: the look is added to your warband collection and becomes available to every character on the account, regardless of class or specialization.

The Twilight Ritualist's Stiletto is obtained through fishing in the zones of the Midnight expansion. It is not a guaranteed reward: the dagger is part of the general rare loot pool and drops with a small chance.

• At the start of the expansion such appearances are expensive, but over time the price drops as players flood the market.
• There is no attempt limit: you can fish for "Lost Weapons" as long as you like, and the drop chance from each chest does not change.
