Great Vault

The Great Vault is a special feature in the game that becomes available to players each week after completing certain activities. It serves as a reward for completed quests, dungeons, and raids, helping you obtain gear and other useful resources.

The Great Vault is found in the main hub city of the expansion and is typically located in the bank area.

You can always find it on the city map — it's displayed with a keyhole icon.

Each week, the Great Vault rewards players for participating in high-level content — dungeons of various difficulty levels, raids, and open-world activities. However, you can only choose one item from the vault, regardless of how many slots you've unlocked. But keep in mind that the more varied content you complete, the larger your selection of rewards will be.

The vault resets on Wednesday at 7:00 AM server time. This means you need to be as active as possible before that day to earn the best possible reward.

In addition to quantity, quality matters too — the higher and harder the raid/dungeon/delve you complete, the better the reward.

Requirements for filling slots:

Row 1. Raids:

• Defeat 2 raid bosses.

• Defeat 4 raid bosses.

• Defeat 6 raid bosses.

Row 2. Dungeons:

• Complete 1 dungeon in Timewalking, Heroic, or Mythic difficulty.

• Complete 4 dungeons in Timewalking, Heroic, or Mythic difficulty.

• Complete 8 dungeons in Timewalking, Heroic, or Mythic difficulty.

Row 3. Open World:

• Complete 2 Delves or World Quests.

• Complete 4 Delves or World Quests.

• Complete 8 Delves or World Quests.

Row 1

This row contains rewards only from raids you've completed. It cannot contain rewards from dungeons or open-world content. All items are random and depend on which bosses you've killed. For example, if you didn't kill the last boss in a raid, you won't be able to receive their loot in your vault. The more bosses you kill, the more items you'll have to choose from, including your class's tier set pieces. Killing Mythic raid bosses will give you items of the highest gear level.

Row 2

Here you'll receive rewards only from dungeons you've completed. Rewards are selected randomly and depend on which dungeons you ran. The more times you've completed a dungeon, the more items from it will be offered.

If you've completed a +10 key or higher, you'll be offered items of the highest gear level.

Row 3

Open World. Here you can receive rewards for completing Delves and World Quests. Items in this row cannot come from raids or dungeons.

The higher the Delve tier you complete, the higher the item level will be. However, it's not possible to obtain maximum-level gear by filling this row.

The Great Vault has a compensation system that allows players to purchase various items with Algari Tokens of Merit if none of the offered options suit you. You can receive them in the vault by selecting the corresponding option instead of gear. For each unlocked slot in a row, you receive 2 Tokens of Merit. You can earn up to 6 tokens per week. A player can hold a maximum of 12 tokens at any time.

Next to the vault, you'll find an NPC named Ardgaz, who offers various consumable items instead of gear.

The most valuable item on this list is the Technomancer's Gift, which allows you to add an extra gem socket to your helmet, bracers, or belt.

• Algari Tokens are a seasonal currency that converts to 500 gold per token at the end of the season. Don't forget to spend these tokens in time to get maximum value.

• You can view your vault from anywhere. To do this, you can create a macro or type the command in chat manually.

• Don't forget to check your loot specialization before opening the vault. Rewards are generated based on the specialization selected on your character at the time you open the vault.

• The vault only offers rewards from content you've completed. So if you need an item from a specific dungeon, you can run only that dungeon to fill your slots. This increases the chance of being offered the item you need.

• Don't forget to collect your reward from the vault. It will wait for you for exactly 7 days, after which it will expire and be replaced with the new week's reward.

• Choose your reward wisely by checking all offered options for character upgrades. Once you select a reward, you cannot return it.

• The vault will always offer you the highest reward based on the content you've completed. For example, if you complete 1 Mythic dungeon at +10 key level and 7 dungeons at +5 key level, the first dungeon slot will offer a reward for the +10 key, while the other two will offer +5 rewards in descending order. Similarly, if you kill 2 bosses in Mythic raid and all bosses in Heroic raid, the first slot will contain a reward from the first two Mythic raid bosses, while the other two slots will offer Heroic raid rewards.
