What's new?

In World of Warcraft: Forever, shown off at BlizzCon 2026, players found new profession recipes. They are sold by merchants of the Azeroth Commerce Authority — one of the factions that carried over into Forever from Season of Discovery. Cooking got six smoothie recipes. All six drinks grant Spirit and restore mana, and they are made from ordinary “vanilla” ingredients — you won't have to farm anything new. The key difference from classic food lies elsewhere: in Forever, Well Fed boosts not only a stat, but also the experience you gain.

How do the new smoothies work?

The mechanic is the same across all six; only the numbers change. Over 24–30 seconds the drink restores mana, and after ten seconds it grants Well Fed. It lasts fifteen minutes and provides a bonus to Spirit and +5% experience from kills. The cooldown on every recipe is one second.

Venomous Smoothie

  • Restores 803 mana over 24 seconds.
  • After 10 seconds grants Well Fed: +1 Spirit for 15 minutes and +5% experience from kills. Cooldown — 1 second.
Required level Cooking skill Ingredients
25 Refreshing Spring Water, Mild Spices, Small Venom Sac
Recipe: Venomous Smoothie in World of Warcraft: Forever

There is no character-level requirement, so you can unlock the recipe almost as soon as you learn the profession. The water is bought from merchants, and the venom sac drops from venomous beasts in the starting territories.

Slimy Smoothie

  • Restores 1292 mana over 27 seconds.
  • After 10 seconds grants Well Fed: +3 Spirit for 15 minutes and +5% experience from kills. Cooldown — 1 second.
Required level Cooking skill Ingredients
5 100 Ice Cold Milk, Mild Spices (2), Spider's Juice
Recipe: Slimy Smoothie in World of Warcraft: Forever

Spider's Juice comes from spiders, which are plentiful at low levels in any starting zone, while the milk and spices cost mere coppers at merchants.

Mrrggl Smrrthle

  • Restores 1915 mana over 30 seconds.
  • After 10 seconds grants Well Fed: +5 Spirit for 15 minutes and +5% experience from kills. Cooldown — 1 second.
Required level Cooking skill Ingredients
15 125 Melon Juice, Hot Spices (2), Murloc Fin
Recipe: Mrrggl Smrrthle in World of Warcraft: Forever

The name is a joke in Murloc-speak: essentially it's a “murloc smoothie.” The key ingredient fits the theme, so you'll have to head to the coasts and murloc camps to get a fin.

Calcified Smoothie

  • Restores 2821 mana over 30 seconds.
  • After 10 seconds grants Well Fed: +10 Spirit for 15 minutes and +5% experience from kills. Cooldown — 1 second.
Required level Cooking skill Ingredients
25 180 Sweet Nectar, Hot Spices (3), Large Fang
Recipe: Calcified Smoothie in World of Warcraft: Forever

The Large Fang is a common drop from big beasts of mid levels, while the nectar and spices are bought from merchants.

Spicy Smoothie

  • Restores 4038 mana over 30 seconds.
  • After 10 seconds grants Well Fed: +15 Spirit for 15 minutes and +5% experience from kills. Cooldown — 1 second.
Required level Cooking skill Ingredients
35 200 Moonberry Juice, Soothing Spices (3), Small Flame Sac
Recipe: Spicy Smoothie in World of Warcraft: Forever

The Small Flame Sac drops from fire elementals and related enemies, while the moonberry juice is no longer found in the starting villages but at drink merchants in the major cities.

Wicked Smoothie

  • Restores 4903 mana over 30 seconds.
  • After 10 seconds grants Well Fed: +20 Spirit for 15 minutes and +5% experience from kills. Cooldown — 1 second.
Required level Cooking skill Ingredients
45 250 Bindweed Dew, Soothing Spices (4), Wicked Claw
Recipe: Wicked Smoothie in World of Warcraft: Forever

The requirements are the highest of the six: 250 Cooking skill and character level 45.

Who will find this useful?

The lineup is built exactly along the leveling curve: from 25 skill and the first levels up to 250 and level forty-five. There are no rare ingredients in it — the spices are bought from merchants, and everything else drops from mobs you're killing along the way anyway.

In classic, Spirit matters most to healers and casters, so by their stat the smoothies are their food. But the extra five percent experience from kills works for everyone, and while leveling that's more noticeable than a bump to a single stat. Keeping Well Fed up is worthwhile for any character, regardless of class and role.
