You can obtain this gnasher by defeating the rare elite mob Puzzilla in the Antorus zone.

The mount has a 100 % drop chance, and the mob spawns every 15 minutes to 1 hour.

This mount can also be purchased during the Legion: Remix event for 40 000 Bronze Coins from the mount vendor. To date, the event has only been run once, and there’s no information about it being repeated.
