Get Boneshredder Claws
Overview

Boneshredder Claws are a one-handed fist weapon from The Burning Crusade era. These are compact combat claws worn on the hand that give a melee attack an aggressive, "bestial" silhouette. The look captures the style of a nimble melee fighter who is not weighed down by a large weapon.
The item is of uncommon (green) quality and today is valued primarily as a transmog: fist weapons are a relatively rare class of appearance, and claw models appear far less often than swords or axes. Fist weapons are used by rogues, shamans, monks, and demon hunters, so the look will come in handy for several classes at once.
Source
Boneshredder Claws drop in a dungeon from The Burning Crusade era and fall under the category of drops from dungeon mobs.
- The source is the Arcane Protector, an elite construct guarding the halls of Karazhan.
- Karazhan is located in Deadwind Pass and can be cleared solo without much trouble at the current level.
- The drop chance is low, so plan for several weekly runs if needed.
- The item becomes soulbound when equipped, so you need to obtain and equip the appearance on your character, or unlock it in the appearance collection after it drops.
The most convenient way to enter Karazhan is directly through the entrance at the foot of the tower in Deadwind Pass, after which you move along the standard route of clearing the halls where Arcane Protectors appear.
Who it suits visually
- Suits the looks of nimble melee fighters - rogues and monks in light leather without bulky elements.
- Pairs well with "bestial" and "savage" concepts, where the character fights with claws and fists.
- Fitting for a demon hunter theme - the compact claws reinforce the aggressive silhouette.
- Contrasts with heavy plate armor: paired claws against massive armor look unexpected, which can be a deliberate stylistic choice.
Tips
Karazhan resets weekly, so if you do not get the drop, it makes sense to come back once a week and clear the constructs again.
It is more convenient to farm on a class with high mobility and good pack clearing - Karazhan is large, and fast movement saves a fair amount of time.
Fist weapons are paired by slot: if you like, you can wear two claws at once, so it makes sense to farm a stock for both slots.
Do not chase the item's stats - any copy that drops will work for the look, the only thing that matters is equipping it once.
While farming the appearance, it is worth clearing Karazhan's bosses: other sought-after transmogs and toys drop there too, so a run is rarely wasted.
Remember that not all classes can wield fist weapons, so check whether this weapon type is available to your specialization before planning the farm.

Started playing back in Pandaria, when the pandaren were still a novelty. Got stuck on Monk because it's the only class where you don't get dizzy after a dash. Tries to manage both tanking and kicking enemies in the face.
