How to get it:

• Make your way to Vectis — one of the mid-raid bosses (the entrance to his hall is at roughly 52, 31 inside the instance).
• Set the difficulty to "Mythic" via the raid difficulty menu: on old content this is safe for solo play and doesn't affect the appearance chance, while guaranteeing that all available loot is unlocked.
• Kill Vectis and check your loot. If the bow didn't drop — come back next week.

The loot restriction is weekly: loot from a specific boss in a raid at a fixed difficulty refreshes once a week per character. To speed up the farm, run Vectis on different characters or use multiple difficulties where that grants independent attempts.
