Get Capo's Molten Knuckles
Overview

Capo's Molten Knuckles is a one-handed fist weapon added to World of Warcraft with the Liberation of Undermine raid in The War Within expansion (patch 11.1). The model is built around the goblin "gold and flame" aesthetic of Tanaris: a massive gilded knuckle weapon laced with molten veins that thematically echoes the criminal flavor of Undermine.
A fist weapon is a melee weapon wielded by monks, rogues, hunters, druids, and shamans, so the appearance is available to a fairly broad range of classes. In terms of stats it is an item level 90 piece with agility or strength bonuses, but for appearance collectors what matters more is the vivid gold-and-fire model, which looks great in rich, "expensive" outfits.
Source
Capo's Molten Knuckles drops from the fight against Mug'Zee, one of the bosses in the Liberation of Undermine raid. This is the second raid of The War Within, located in Undermine.
- Boss: Mug'Zee, Heads of Security, one of the later bosses in the raid.
- Difficulty: the item drops on Raid Finder, Normal, Heroic, and Mythic modes.
- Drop chance according to Wowhead is around 1-2% on Mythic mode, so it is a rare drop.
- Limit: one lockout per week per character; you can farm the appearance on several characters in parallel.
To unlock access to Undermine, you need to complete the first chapter of the story campaign that begins in Dornogal. After that, the raid becomes available through the Raid Finder system and the normal entrance.
Who It Suits Visually
- Suits "rich" outfits in a gold-and-fire palette - goblin opulence and fiery accents pair well together.
- Harmonizes with leather and mosaic sets in dark tones, where the molten knuckle works as a bright contrast.
- Looks great paired with itself - two identical fist weapons create a cohesive, aggressive look.
- Contrasts with cold blue-silver outfits - a debatable but striking combination of warmth and cold.
Tips
To access the raid, first complete the first chapter of the Undermine campaign from Dornogal, otherwise the entrance will be locked.
Mug'Zee is one of the later bosses in the raid, so you will have to clear most of the Liberation of Undermine to reach him.
You can enter weekly on every eligible character, which speeds up farming the rare appearance.
The appearance is available to classes that use fist weapons - monks, rogues, hunters, druids, and shamans.
The weapon becomes soulbound on pickup, so the appearance goes to whoever actually kills the boss.
