Overview

Cobalt Juggernaut

Game iconCobalt Juggernaut is a ground mechanical mount added to World of Warcraft in patch 10.2.7 for the limited-time WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria event. It is a scaled-down copy of the colossal Iron Juggernaut that guarded the gates of Orgrimmar in the Siege of Orgrimmar raid, only repainted in a rich cobalt-blue color.

The mount was sold for 4,400 Bronze by the vendor Hemet Nesingwary XVII at the Endless Bazaars of Pandaria during the Remix event, which ran from May 16 to August 19, 2024. The event has now concluded, so the mount is unavailable — however, Blizzard has stated its intention to bring the Remix format back in the future, so a current guide will help you prepare for the next launch.

Why you want this mount

  • Unique mechanical scorpion model — it is a reskin of the iconic Iron Juggernaut, Garrosh Hellscream's war machine. A laser tail, a mouth-mounted flamethrower, a drill and a saw instead of front limbs, and numerous cannons
  • Remix event exclusive — after the event ended the mount became unavailable, making it a status marker in any collection.
  • 10 out of 10 speed — the mount grants a +60% or +100% movement speed bonus depending on your riding skill, matching the maximum ground speed
  • Available account-wide — once purchased by a single character, the mount unlocks for all of your characters regardless of faction and class
  • Affordable price within Remix — 4,400 Bronze falls into the mid-price tier of Remix exclusives (a range of 2,200–6,600), roughly an hour of active farming during the event

How to obtain

The main and only path to the mount is participation in the WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria event during its next launch. The course of action within the event is as follows.

  1. Create a character right after the Remix start. This mode opens through a dedicated selection screen and runs in parallel with your regular characters
  2. Level up through the zones of Pandaria, completing scenarios and raids
  3. Accumulate Bronze — the event's main currency. Bronze drops from enemies, is awarded for quests, and comes from scrapping unneeded gear
  4. Accumulate at least 4,400 Bronze — that is enough to buy the Cobalt Juggernaut. It is recommended to gather a surplus right away so you can grab other Remix exclusives too
  5. Head to Hemet Nesingwary XVII at an Endless Bazaar of Pandaria
  6. Buy the Game iconCobalt Juggernaut. Use the item to add the mount to your account collection permanently

Endless Bazaar locations

Hemet Nesingwary XVII is present at every Endless Bazaar scattered across the continent of Pandaria. Any spot works for buying the mount.

Zone Bazaar
The Jade Forest Endless Bazaar
Valley of the Four Winds Endless Bazaar
Kun-Lai Summit Endless Bazaar
Townlong Steppes Endless Bazaar
Krasarang Wilds Endless Bazaar
Vale of Eternal Blossoms, Shrine of Two Moons Endless Bazaar
Vale of Eternal Blossoms, Shrine of Seven Stars Endless Bazaar

In addition, during Remix a vendor with a similar assortment named Horos was stationed on the shore of the Timeless Isle, which is especially convenient while farming world bosses in the final phase of the event.

Bronze farming strategy

In the previous Remix launch, the most efficient Bronze-accumulation cycle was considered to be the following.

Scenarios and dungeons

  • Queue up for heroic dungeons and scenarios of Pandaria — each clear grants a Bronze reward
  • After level 70, switch to heroic/mythic raids — Bronze drops there in larger chunks

Raids and world bosses

  • Firelands, Heart of Fear, and Terrace of Endless Spring — the three raids of the first half of the event give 3,000–5,000 Bronze for a full clear
  • Siege of Orgrimmar opens later and brings up to 10,000 Bronze per run, plus a chance at the Game iconKor'kron Juggernaut itself
  • Pandaria's world bosses (Sha of Anger, Nalak, Oondasta, Galleon, Ordos) give decent sums

Gear scrapping

  • In Remix every item has a scrap button — it turns equipment into Bronze
  • Do not upgrade surplus items: invest Bronze only into a single specialization and scrap everything else
  • Duplicate set pieces, rings, and necks without suitable sockets are the first candidates for scrapping

Daily quests and world orbs

  • Every Endless Bazaar has a daily set of quests that award guaranteed Bronze
  • World orbs appear regularly across the Pandaria map — collect them along the way between tasks
  • World orbs on the Timeless Isle are especially large after Siege of Orgrimmar opens

Tips

1

Do not spend Bronze on retail mounts first — Pandaria's world bosses such as the inv_pandarenserpentgodmount_blackReins of the Heavenly Onyx Cloud Serpent can be dropped by chance in the base game too, while the Cobalt Juggernaut is available only in Remix

2

Bring in alts — every Remix character has its own Bronze balance. Extra alts speed up gathering currency for the full collection of exclusives

3

Use your Hearthstone at any Endless Bazaar — Hemet sells the same assortment at every location, so you don't need to look for a specific bazaar

4

The mount is account-wide after obtaining it — as soon as one character buys the ability_mount_ironjuggernautmountCobalt Juggernaut and uses it, the mount appears in the collection of all your characters forever, even after the Remix character is deleted
