Dreadflail Bludgeon is a one-handed bludgeoning mace added to World of Warcraft in the Midnight expansion (patch 12.x). The model is styled after Arathi weaponry: a short, massive handle leads into a heavy spiked head, while the entire surface is coated in worn metal of dark-steel and earthy tones. The silhouette is rough and compact, with no decorative excess.

The mace suits classes that use one-handed bludgeoning weapons — druids, shamans, paladins, monks, priests, and rogues — as a weapon slot for transmog. Despite its season-relevant item level, it is valued first and foremost for its look: the "barbaric," utilitarian aesthetic fits the themes of savages, mercenaries, and heavy melee fighters well.

The mace drops in the Nexus-Point Xenas dungeon — one of the Mythic+ rotation dungeons of the first Midnight season. The source of the appearance is the boss Corewarden Nysarra, an elite aberration in one of the wings of the ruined complex.
