There are no weekly limits on the purchase itself — you are only bottlenecked by how fast you gather the iron.

You can reach Siren Isle through a portal in Dornogal after a short introductory quest for patch 11.0.7. From there the island is fully open, and currency farming is unrestricted.

The staff's palette is earthy and muted, so it fits best into calm, natural and underground spellcaster looks.
