Emberdawn Defender — Transmog Set Guide

Emberdawn Defender is a two-handed sword added to World of Warcraft in the Midnight expansion. It is a massive blade with a broad edge in a warm fiery-amber palette: orange-red veins across the metal echo the plumage of the dragonhawk that gave the weapon its name. The sword carries the Strength stat, so it suits plate-wearing classes that fight with two-handed melee weapons.

The appearance is obtained in the Windrunner Spire dungeon — a Season 1 Midnight dungeon located in Eversong Woods. The weapon drops from the dungeon's first boss.

Emberdawn Defender drops from Emberdawn — the first boss of the Windrunner Spire dungeon. Emberdawn is a huge dragonhawk that nests in the gardens of the Spire.
