Entrail Disgorger — Transmog Set Guide

Entrail Disgorger is an epic-quality one-handed dagger from the Firelands raid of the Cataclysm expansion. The model is made in this raid's signature style: a curved blade with a red-hot fiery edge and a dark bone hilt.

The dagger belongs to the "fiery" appearances of the Firelands and is easily recognized by the smoldering orange-red glow along the blade. This makes it a great choice for looks built around the themes of fire, demons, and the Firelands.

In terms of stats it is a low item level weapon, so today it is taken not for its combat parameters but purely for its appearance. The dagger becomes soulbound on pickup, so you will have to farm it yourself on the character you want.

Entrail Disgorger is a shared drop from several bosses in the Firelands raid. It is not the unique reward of a single boss but an item that can drop from various enemies in the instance, which noticeably increases your chances in a single run.
