Started playing back in Pandaria, when the pandaren were still a novelty. Got stuck on Monk because it's the only class where you don't get dizzy after a dash. Tries to manage both tanking and kicking enemies in the face.

Fiery Hearthsteed is an epic ground and flying mount added in patch 8.0.1 of the Battle for Azeroth expansion. It is a fiery version of the classic
Hearthsteed, which players earned for wins in Hearthstone back during Mists of Pandaria. The Fiery Hearthsteed was given out to celebrate Hearthstone's 10th anniversary and was available to players who logged into Hearthstone between March 11 and May 14, 2024.
The mount is a fiery-red winged horse with a blazing mane and tail. Unlike the original Hearthsteed, rendered in white-and-blue tones, the Fiery Hearthsteed is colored in rich scarlet and crimson shades. The in-game description reads: "These flying creatures race unseen across the skies."
The Fiery Hearthsteed was granted as part of a cross-promotion for Hearthstone's 10th anniversary. The requirements were extremely simple.
Important: As of writing this guide, the event has ended, and the Fiery Hearthsteed is no longer obtainable. Blizzard has not announced a re-run of the promotion. However, there is a chance that the mount may return as part of a future Hearthstone anniversary or through the Trading Post.
In World of Warcraft there are two similar mounts tied to Hearthstone. It is important not to confuse them.
Both mounts use the same winged-horse model but differ in color scheme. The original Hearthsteed is still obtainable.
The Fiery Hearthsteed model has an interesting history. It was first discovered by data miners in patch 5.3 (Mists of Pandaria) under the working name Tempestuous Skystallion. The model long remained unused — it went through the Battle for Azeroth beta but was never released.
Nearly ten years later, Blizzard finally used the model for the cross-promotion with Hearthstone's 10th anniversary. The mount was named Fiery Hearthsteed and became available in patch 10.2.5 on January 16, 2024, although the promotion itself started on March 11.
If you did not manage to obtain the Fiery Hearthsteed, consider similar mounts:
Check your collection — if you played Hearthstone in March–May 2024, the Fiery Hearthsteed may already be in your collection. Open the mount journal (Shift+P) and type "Fiery" in the search bar
Link your accounts — to receive cross-promotion rewards, your WoW and Hearthstone accounts must be on the same Battle.net account. If you have separate accounts, merging is not possible after the fact
Follow the news — Blizzard periodically brings back limited-time mounts through the Trading Post or repeat promotions. Subscribe to the official channels so you do not miss a possible return of the Fiery Hearthsteed
Get the regular Hearthsteed — if you like the winged-horse model, the original Hearthsteed is available at any time. Install Hearthstone, win three matches, and claim the mount
Hearthstone is free — you do not need to spend real money to obtain mounts from Hearthstone. The game is completely free, and three wins in Play mode can be earned with a basic deck in 15–30 minutes
