You can obtain this garn by defeating the rare elite mob Nok-Karosh in the Frostfire Ridge zone.

The mount has a 100 % drop chance, and the mob spawns every 15 minutes to 1 hour.

This mount can be bought or sold on the auction house. It’s quite popular, so you can sell it if you already have one or don’t need it — or buy it if you’d rather not track down the rare mob.
